Sometimes, demand of products can exceed the quantity available on stock. If this happens, you will see a message about the availability of the item after you hit the Add to Cart button. We will notify you by e-mail if a product is in backordered as well and we will let you know when the item is expected. You will also have the option of replacing the item with a different one.

In-stock items will ship immediately via your most convenient shipping method if you have multiple items so we don’t delay your order.

To place an order with Evolution Uniform, simply select the color, size, quantity and any personalization option and then click the “Add to Cart” button. The Shopping Cart will contain all the items currently in your cart and it will allow you to change the quantity of each item or remove items that you no longer need.

Once you finished shopping you can click on “Checkout” to review your selections and then to complete your order by selection shipping method and payment.

Sales tax will only be charged if you are shipping to the State of Florida.

GROUP ORDERING

No, there is not a minimum for group orders.

To place a group order, please contact Customer Service at 1-844-522-9862, Monday through Friday from 10am to 7pm ET, or Saturday between 10am to 4pm ET.

Yes, we have discounts available for group orders.

Yes, return policy applies to group orders. (Please just not that any merchandise that has been wore or embroider cannot be exchanged or returned).

Yes, custom logo and personalization service are available for group orders. Please not that there may be a charge for custom logo digitization.

Yes, we do onsite fitting. Just give us a call at 1-844-522-9862 to make an appointment with us.

We ship group orders to all 50 states. For international orders, please give us a call at 1-844-522-9862.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or the purchase price. All items must be in their original condition with their original packaging, instruction manuals, warranties and tags. Embroidered garments are not returnable unless we have made an error in embroidering your garment. Laundered garments showing visible wear are not returnable unless they are defective.

To return merchandise or exchange an item, please send it back on its original condition.

Refunds take approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive the merchandise.

EMBROIDERY

To get your logo to us, please send us your logo to orders@evolutionuniforms.com. Use PDF or JPG formats.

Free logo setup for embroidery applies to all orders over $300.

Yes, you can see a proof of your logo before it is put into production. To see the proof you can stop by our store or we can send a picture via email.

No, if you are reordering, you don’t need to pay a logo set up fee. Logo set up fee is only for the first order. A logo set up fee will be applied if you change your logo.
