Here’s our guarantee:

If any non-embroidered item you receive does not meet your standards, send it back to use a 100% full refund. If any custom-embroidered apparel you order from us differs materially from what you create on our site, return your order for a full replacement. It’s that simple! Our 30-day return policy makes it even easier.

 

Returns

How do I return merchandise?

If you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise you have purchased from Evolution Uniforms, simply return for an exchange or refund within 90 days of the invoice date. Garment(s) should be in new condition, including original tags and packaging. Embroidered garments are custom made and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

1. Complete the Return Merchandise Form on the back side of your packing slip.

2. Indicate the reason for return.

3. Mail the merchandise to:

4. Enclose your original invoice with your return.

 

How long does it take to return merchandise for an exchange?

We offer two convenient options for your exchange.

Repackage your garments and apply the pre-paid return label that accompanied your order to your package. Return label is valid for use through the U.S. Mail, UPS or FedEx. Drop your return package off with any of these carriers. Once we receive your return, allow 1-2 business days for your new merchandise to ship. Exchanged merchandise will be sent by U.S. Mail at a flat rate charge of $5.

For faster service, call 561-795-9696 to speak with a customer service representative. We will process a new order for you at a flat rate shipping charge of $5. You will be billed for your new order which ships immediately. We will email or send you a pre-paid return label to use with your return. Please repackage your garments, complete the return paperwork, apply the return label and drop at any U.S. Mail, UPS or FedEx office. Refunds to your credit card are processed within 1-3 business days from the receipt of your product. For refunds by check, please allow 4-6 weeks.

If you are using our Pre-Paid Return Envelope, place all garments in the envelope and return via U.S. Mail.

 

How long does it take for my refund to go through?

Refunds are processed to the original method of payment used at the time of your order.

Credit card orders: When you return merchandise for a credit card refund, a transaction is processed within 1-3 business days from the receipt of your returned items. The time it takes for the refund to post to your credit card account is determined by your individual banking institution. Please contact your bank for more information.

Check or money orders: Your refund will arrive in the form of a check. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Gift card orders: Your refund will arrive in the form of a new gift card.

 

I lost my packing slip. What information do I need to send with my return/exchange?

Please print and complete this Return or Exchange Form, and include it with your returned merchandise.

If you do not have a printer available, please include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Items you are returning
  • Item numbers you would like in exchange
  • Method of payment if there is a balance due as a result of exchange

Pre-Paid Return Labels

Every Evolution Uniforms brand order is accompanied by a pre-paid return mailing label sticker. The return label includes two barcodes and is accepted by the following carriers: U.S. Mail, UPS or FedEx. You may track your return by keeping a copy of the label or writing down the numbers below the second (bottom-most) barcode.

Group customers are not eligible for pre-paid return labels.

 

Am I responsible for return shipping expense?

Return shipping is on us if we made a mistake on your order, and we apologize! If you ordered a non-clearance Evolution Uniforms brand garment on your order, you received a pre-paid return label that may be used to return items at no cost to you.

Exchanged items are reshipped with a flat $5 charge unless the return was made due to a mistake on our behalf.
